Welcome to alt.conference
That means it is a conference for social media insiders/professionals/users specifically. It is not an intro level conference but is rather intended as an opportunity to share knowledge, insights, ideas and solutions developed/experienced by smart people in the industry with other smart people.

Getting down to the nuts and bolts
Ok, we are planning catering and other details for the Joburg and CT events. I am thinking about platters from a place like Sandwich Baron (http://www.sandwichbaron.com/platters.php) and would like to get some feedback from people who are intererested in the Joburg event. There are quite a few options available including vegetarian platters. Of course I am happy to look at alternatives if you would prefer.
